I am now a Assistant Professor at Center for Compuational Sciences, University of Tsukuba.
I received B.E & Ph.D. degrees in power system and automation from Wuhan University (2008-2017). Before joining UTsukuba, I once worked as a researcher at National Institute of Informatics (NII) (2023-2024) and National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan (2019-2023). In 2018-2019, I was a Research Fellow cooperated with Prof. G.B. Huang and Prof. Q.J. Wang at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. In 2017-2018, I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow cooperated with Prof. Witold Pedrycz at University of Alberta (UA), Canada. During my Ph.D. period, I also worked as a joint Ph.D. student co-supervised by Prof. Andrew Kusiak at the University of Iowa (UI), USA (2015-2017).
It is a great honor that my name has been listed in the World Ranking of Top 2% Scientists in the October 2023 updated database, made at the Stanford University.
Congratulations! Our two papers "A Novel Statistical Measure for Out-of-Distribution Detection in Data Quality Assurance" and "Quality Assurance of A GPT-based Sentiment Analysis System: Adversarial Review Data Generation and Detection" have been accepted by APSEC 2023.
My research interests include
Data mining algorithms (big data analysis & data structure mining);
Machine learning & deep learning algorithms;
Applications (anomaly data detection & power system and renewable energy research);
