1. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
This App allows users to create and share content (e.g., photos, comments). Access to UGC features is strictly conditional on your reading and agreeing to our End User License Agreement (EULA)—your use of any UGC-related functionality constitutes unconditional acceptance of the EULA and this Policy.
1.1 Prohibited Content & Behavior (Zero Tolerance)
As explicitly stated in the EULA, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for:
Illegal, defamatory, pornographic, violent, hate-inciting, discriminatory, or other objectionable content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or public order and good morals;
Abusive behavior including harassment, spamming, insults, threats, cyberbullying, or infringement of others' intellectual property rights.
1.2 Moderation Measures
To enforce the above policies, we implement the following safeguards:
Real-time automated filters to block prohibited content;
Manual review of user-reported or system-flagged content;
In-App "Report" feature (Content Detail Page > Top Right "More" > Report) for users to submit concerns;
Escalating penalties for repeat violations: content removal, temporary account suspension, or permanent termination of access.
1.3 Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your UGC. By posting content through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and transmit your UGC solely for the purpose of providing and optimizing the App's services.
2. Information Collection & Use
2.1 Login & Personal Data (Sign in with Apple Only)
We collect only the following data via Apple’s privacy framework:
Unique identifier (Apple-provided, App-specific to protect privacy);
Optional name (editable by you before sharing);
Optional email (your Apple email or an Apple-generated anonymous alias);
Fraud prevention score (binary data from Apple to verify real users).
2.2 Other Permissions
Location: Collected with explicit consent for services like nearby charging station recommendations. Disable anytime in device settings (may limit feature functionality);
Storage/Camera: Used with explicit consent to save/upload photos for UGC and cloud sync (e.g., Firebase backups).
2.3 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
For iOS 14.5+: A system pop-up requests "Allow App Tracking" on first launch;
"Allow" enables IDFA collection for Admob personalized ads; "Don’t Allow" limits to non-personalized ads (no tracking);
"Tracking" refers to linking App data with third-party data for personalized advertising—we do not use data for other tracking purposes.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent or legal requirement;
Anonymized/aggregated non-personal data (e.g., feature usage stats) may be shared with partners (Firebase, Admob) solely for service improvement.
3.1 EU User Rights (GDPR Compliance)
EU users must explicitly consent to:
Personal data collection for personalized ads;
Third-party data sharing (excluding anonymized/aggregated data);
Manage consent via "Settings > Data Preferences" or choose a non-personalized experience.

We use encrypted storage, access controls, and secure transmission to protect your data. No system is 100% secure—we will notify you and relevant regulators of breaches as required by law.
