Materials Needed:
Different candies or class rewards (Examples shown below)
10 different varying level of tasks
Powerpoint slide with rewards
Directions:
The class should be divided into pairs. The teacher determines a set amount of time the class will play for. Before beginning, display the powerpoint slide with all the rewards. Explain to the class that they want to work with their partner to complete as many tasks as possible, in order, so they earn a bigger reward. The time will start and every pair will start on task 1. When they have the task completed they must come check it off with the teacher. If they are correct, they keep their paper and grab task 2 to start working on. If they are wrong, they go back to their seats to fix their task.
This continues with groups passing off tasks and working. When the time is up students get credit for the highest level they COMPLETED. They then get to pick any reward from the board up to that level. Example: If they got to level 8, they can choose a reward between levels 1-8. They only get one reward, and can not choose a higher reward from a higher level.
To claim their reward they must bring the teacher all their tasks, stapled together, in order with the highest number on top and the lowest number on bottom. Both partners need to make sure their names are on the top paper.

FAQs and Tips:
Clarify that every student will only leave with one reward, or maybe none. Be very explicit to prevent anyone being upset.
The quickest way we have found to give rewards is just form a line, side by side, with their partner. They must know what prize they want PRIOR to getting in the line. If they get to the teacher without knowing which prize they get nothing.
Partners can choose DIFFERENT prizes. They each get one but they can be from different levels.
