Use circular design and sustainability frameworks to create innovative home and garden products for local clients.
Establish a diverse, inclusive, equitable, accessible, and democratically-governed worker-owned cooperative with an elected Board of Directors.
Foster a learning culture where worker-owners and apprentices gain new skills and knowledge through project delivery.
Establish democratic processes for sharing revenue with worker-owners while investing in paid apprenticeship opportunities for entry-level and career transitioning-workers.
Develop workshops, courses, and mentorship programs that benefit members, apprentices, and the public.
Establish partnerships with organizations that provide additional opportunities for members or reclaimed materials for products.
