Mr.Rishikesavan is the founder and chief trainer of “Third Eye Memory Empowerment”, and Secretory of “TamilNadu Memory Sports Council”. He is a graduate in Science and started his career in a manufacturing firm. After a freak accident that made him lose his eyesight but boosted his self-confidence. He has trained and coached more than 20 lakhs students in the past decade and developed their memory skills through various easy tips and tricks. He has introduced various scientific study techniques to Educate and Empower the schools and college students. His students have Learnt how to Learn and retain. 

He has been helping many slow learners and mold them to become a fast learner through various grasping concepts which induced their passion towards learning The respective parents have appreciated by witnessing their kid's memory improvement to excel in their studies. He has been conducting various Parenting sessions and helped more than 20,000 parents to outshine their parenting capabilities, organized approach to their teen aged children. He has been steering various programs and coached around 10,000 teaching faculties of many Schools and Colleges for enhancing their scholastic skills.
