Privacy Policy for Thinkly - Brain Training
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Thinkly - Brain Training ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our mobile application, Thinkly - Brain Training (the "App").
We have designed Thinkly - Brain Training with children's safety and privacy in mind. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we handle information.
1. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information
We do not actively collect, store, or request any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) (such as names, addresses, email addresses, or phone numbers) from users, including children, directly within the App.
B. Non-Personal and Automatically Collected Data
To improve the App's performance and provide a better experience, we use third-party services that may collect non-identifiable, anonymous data:
Firebase Analytics (Google): We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (such as how often the app is opened, which levels are played, and crash reports). This helps us understand how the app is used, balance game difficulty, and fix bugs. Firebase Analytics does not collect data that personally identifies you.
Local Storage: Your game progress, scores, and settings are saved locally on your device. We do not transmit or store this data on our servers.
2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Thinkly - Brain Training is intended for users of all ages, including children. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar global standards for children's privacy:
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
The App includes a Parental Gate (a math challenge) to ensure that only adults can access external links, such as our "Share App," "Rate App," and "Privacy Policy" buttons. This prevents children from accidentally navigating outside the safe environment of the App.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions to delete it.
3. Third-Party Services
The App may contain links to third-party services (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for rating the app). These links are protected by a Parental Gate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you visit.
4. Data Security
We take the security of any anonymous data collected seriously. We use trusted, industry-standard platforms (like Google Firebase) that implement strict security measures to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
