Our Property: All rights, title, and interest in ThinkClear AI (excluding user-provided content) are and will remain the exclusive property of the ThinkClear AI Team and its licensors.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and inputs you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, host, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
5. AI Disclaimer (The "Correct Nonsense" Clause)
ThinkClear AI utilizes advanced artificial intelligence algorithms. You acknowledge and agree that:

The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranty of accuracy.
You should not rely on AI-generated output for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
