TheTracker (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides a trainer-led fitness platform that allows trainers and clients to manage workouts, track progress, and communicate within the app.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use TheTracker mobile application and related services.
By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you create an account, we may collect:
Name
Email address
Authentication provider information (Google, Apple, or email login)
User ID associated with your authentication provider
Authentication is handled using Firebase Authentication.
Users may optionally provide additional profile data such as:
Trainer or client role
Fitness preferences
Workout program assignments
Trainer-client relationships
TheTracker stores workout-related information needed to provide the service, including:
Exercises
Workout sessions
Sets, reps, and weights

This data is used solely to provide workout tracking and coaching functionality.
If you use in-app chat features, we may store:
Messages between trainers and clients
Chat room membership data
Presence or typing indicators
Messages are stored using Firebase Realtime Database and Firestore.

App version

Basic usage diagnostics
This information is used to improve stability and performance.

If you delete your account:
Your user profile is removed
Trainer-client relationships are deleted
Workout and training data are deleted
Chat records and associated data are removed
Your authentication identity is removed from Firebase
Account deletion can be initiated directly within the app.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including:
Secure authentication via Firebase
Encrypted network communication (HTTPS)
Access controls on backend systems
However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access your personal information
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for data processing
You can delete your account directly in the app under Profile → Delete Account.
TheTracker is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that data from a child has been collected, it will be deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When changes occur, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
