Paperback book & e-book 183 pages
In this book, I have taken the content from the Scrum Guide 2020, the official text that defines Scrum, and enriched it with visuals, analogies, and explanations.
Each accountability, event, and artifact of Scrum is presented with images that will help you better understand and retain the information.
I propose many additional notes and visuals. They come from real-world experiences with clients. You may sometimes notice differences between the Scrum Guide and the additional examples. That's normal. There is no single way to be agile.
Whether you are a curious beginner or an experienced Scrum Master, my goal is for this book to be a practical and intuitive resource for you.
