A little bit about me:

Hello, my name is Kimberly Mattina and I am a Technology Teacher at the Galloway Township Middle School, in Galloway, New Jersey.

Technology Teacher

My responsibilities as a Technology Teacher are to integrate technology into all core subject areas grades 7-8, (which are aligned with NJ Student Learning Standards), provide technology resources, tools, and support for staff and students, provide STEM projects and lessons for students, provide assistance in building technology lessons and curriculum for staff, and provide professional development to all staff at the school and throughout the district. This includes 1:1, and large whole group instruction.

Google Certifications

In addition, I am proud to announce that I am a Gold Product Expert for the Google Workspace for Education help forums, which allows me to provide online support to Google Classroom, Jamboard, and CS First users around the world. I am also Google Cloud Certified for G Suite, a Google Certified Trainer, a Google Certified Educator, as well as a Google Educator Group Mentor and Leader for NJ.

The Suite Talk

I am the Founder and Host of The Suite Talk, a podcast and YouTube show. My mission is to #PayitForward to others by providing educators with best practices and guidance implementing Google Workspace for Education and other technology tools into the classroom. In order for educators to teach today’s learners in future ready schools, they need to equip themselves with crucial digital skills so they can provide the best digital learning environment for their students.
