Akshay Bhat
Akshay is originally from India and began his yoga journey at Gurukula (a Vedic yoga education). His focus is on bringing healing aspects through the ancient practice of Hatha yoga. He has studied yoga sutras and Vedic mantras at the school and continued with a bachelor's in yogic sciences degree. He teaches classical Hatha yoga, philosophy, pranayama, meditation and embodied yoga flow.
Menik officially enrolled in her first yoga class in January 2015 in order to seek balance between long working hours as a medical doctor in hospital and self-love practice. It turned out was a totally rewarding experience for her, not only in physical level but also gave her a sense of tranquility when she surrendered in Savasana. Since then yoga has become an important part of her life. Not long after, she completed her 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training through Sama Yoga School in April 2016. She also enrolled and gained another trainings and certifications with various teachers throughout her journey in yoga; Heart of Yoga, Radiant Passage and Fly High Yoga along with many other workshops.
Her path in yoga is life changing journey outside her medical carrier which gives her dozens of opportunities to grow spiritually. Soon she realises that she has a big passion to share the wisdom of yoga not only through regular yoga classes but also involve in yoga teacher training courses in Bali mainly as anatomy and prenatal yoga teacher.

Morning Intensives
The Morning Intensives are the daily asana practice (7–9am) daily, including asana, pranayama and meditation.
They are an integral part of the programme where techniques are learned, skills are sharpened and the fire of transformation is fuelled. The commitment to practising with the same group of yogis over an extended period of time has enormous power in it.
This part of the programme is open to students who desire a life-affirming shift, but are not participating in the full Teacher Training. Those registered in the Full Teacher Training have this included in the course.
