Siah Khan - 8'6" (259.08 cm)

In Fars province - 50 km south of Shiraz, Zarghan lived in a village called Lepoui, a farming family. Siah Khan was born in 1291 AD (1912 AD) by natural childbirth. The previous two children of the family did not have any problems and the growth of the third child until the age of 6 seemed normal to the family. But from the age of 6, the child suddenly and rapidly grew physically so that at the age of 9, he looked like a 20-year-old. At this time, the family of the strange child had to move from the village of Lepoui to Shiraz due to severe family poverty and the abnormal condition of the child and the difficulty of maintaining and feeding him. In Shiraz, they lived for several years in a place near the gate of Isfahan, towards the present Valiasr Square, in a neighborhood called Darshkeh Khaneh, which was a place where carriages stopped day and night. For days, he was placed on a piece of cloth by the street and sidewalk, by the water and under the shade of trees and buildings, and people and passers-by came to see his horrible body and appearance in a circus or show, and sometimes some spectators came to him. They donated a small amount of material aid. Some of the children threw stones at him and shouted at him, but he could not stand up and defend or retaliate. Sometimes little children and women would scream in fear at the sight of his strange and frightening face and body. The fame of this strange and ugly giant gradually spread to other cities of Persia, and from distant places they came to see this, as some say at that time, "demon-possessed man". His family used various herbal remedies, incense, supplications, magic, demon-possessing spells, and spells to cure him. Gradually, some clever and opportunistic people, with the consent of his family, surrounded him as a team and first took money from each spectator and then allowed him to approach and see this giant, thus providing a livelihood for his family and others. Was. In 1301 Shamsi sees Dr. Ghorban, the founder and the first head of Shiraz Medical School, Siah Khan, and since then he has been visiting him regularly and in addition to frequent financial aid, has given him medicine and food. Sometimes he was brought to the medical university in a carriage and with difficulty, and Dr. Ghorban, due to the problems of getting off and riding Siah Khan, himself examined him inside the carriage and prescribed the necessary treatments. According to Dr. Ghorban, he was admitted to Saadi Hospital in Shiraz, which belongs to the medical school, due to the difficulty of living in the streets and at home. Siah Khan spent the rest of his life in the hospital. This terrifying monster with a height of 259 cm and a body weighing 250 kg continued its miserable life. Dr. Ghorban was very interested in this person due to his rarity in the world and his very strange circumstances. At that time, he told doctors and students, "Siah Khan is the jewel of the night in the medical world." He weighed 5 kilograms, making it difficult for Siah Khan to carry this big and scary head on his neck. Due to the super heavy weight of the body and the long height and severe deformities of the vertebrae, neck and back, he was not able to stand and for this he needed the help of at least 3-4 strong people. All the vertebrae were welded together and became one piece, so the vertebrae could not move and rotate around or bend in any direction. Muscle growth and soft limbs were weaker than those of the bizarre skeleton, so he looked relatively thin overall, and if his soft limbs were in proportion to his height, his total body weight would certainly be far more than 250 kg. His face, with its strange bony protrusions and extraordinary figure, was terrifying even to adults. His forehead developed into a dense horizontal wall with strong and thick bony growth forward, and then continued to grow up and down with the same thickness, and a thick bony wall in front of his eyes from the front and around to the lips. It was covered up. So that from the front he could not see the space and the view in front of him and he could only see the front of his toes on the ground. His field of vision was lost due to the presence of this thick bone wall in the front and bottom and the two sides of the forehead on both the left and right sides and he was not able to see the surroundings and the left and right sides. The mandible progresses downward and forward as a thick bony blade and protrudes several centimeters forward. The bone behind him also grew back and forth, and by welding to the vertebrae above the neck, it formed a hard canopy wall like a bone on the neck and slightly around the shoulders. The shoulders and shoulders were similar to the two broad broad bony fins of a fish that had developed from left and right and slightly forward. The soles of the feet were perfectly flat and due to the very wide and long soles of the feet, the soles of the feet were crushed to the ground when walking. His moods and morals were similar to those of children. He was backward and low in intelligence. Sometimes he had intense states of sexual desire without control and embarrassment. His appetite for food was about 3-4 healthy people. The structure of his body was very strange and terrible. The cranial wall was severely enlarged and thickened from all around to the inside of the cranial chamber as well as to the outer space. He was under intense and constant pressure from the steel wall, causing problems such as retardation, mental and neurological illness, severe sexual arousal, impatience, anger, crying, and an insatiable appetite for food. Siah Khan has been suffering from sexually transmitted, skin and lung diseases for many years. In cases of anger, he cried like a small child, shouted, cursed, and sometimes his crying voice became thin and childish. The size of his skull was 1470 cubic centimeters. His arm was 117 cm long and his leg was 125 cm long. Due to the large and heavy skull and neck and the weight of his body and the constant pressure of this high weight on the spine, he had lifted the spine in the chest area and back to the back and slightly to the right. If this hump did not exist, his full height would be more than the current 259 cm.

This strange creature and monster on earth died due to pneumonia and sepsis. Dr. Ghorban was not only very interested in this giant who was not similar in the world during his lifetime, but also after his death, he loved him and emphasized that his complete skeleton should be healthy and integrated for the observation, study and research of doctors and Students should be provided with a place, but the atmosphere of the culture of the people at that time, especially the rural community and their beliefs and beliefs was a great obstacle to the intervention and change or possession of Siah Khan's body. The entrance hall of Shiraz Medical School was located at the top of the entrance stairs. Now a terrifying giant monster is standing in front of the eyes of all visitors and researchers with respect, and everyone can meet him and see the wonders of God's creation. He is no longer in pain and is standing comfortably and firmly with his ugly and scary face.

The soul of Siah Khan Shadbad and greetings to the great efforts of the great professor Dr. Zabihullah Ghorban
