It is unknown when Li Ching-Yun was born, but he claimed to be born in 1736, but that would make him 197 years old which is impossible for someone of his height, but he was confirmed to be deceased in 1933, and was measured by General Yang Sen at 7'0" (2.13m), which was enough to make him one of the tallest living people in his lifetime.
