ขั้นตอนการจองรถ

1.ทักแชทไลน์ หรือว้อตแอพ แจ้ง วันเวลา สถานที่ รับและคืนรถ

2.เจ้าหน้าที่ แจ้งรถ รุ่น ปี ราคา รถที่ว่างให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจ

3.ตกลงเลือกรถและราคาแล้วส่งเอกสารและโอนจองเพื่อทำการจอง

4.เจ้าหน้าที่คอนเฟิร์มการจองให้

5.ก่อนวันรับรถ1วันเจ้าหน้าที่จะติดต่อกลับเพื่อแจ้งจุดนัดพบในสนามบินหรือโรงแรม

Booking Process

1. Please contact us via LINE or WhatsApp and provide your pickup and return date, time, and location.

2. Our staff will inform you about the available cars, including model, year, and rental price, for your consideration.

3. Once you confirm the car and price, please send the required documents to complete the reservation.

4. Our staff will confirm your booking after receiving the documents 

5. One day before the pickup date, our staff will contact you again to confirm the meeting point at the airport or hotel.

เงื่อนไขประกัน: 

รถยนต์ทุกคันจากร้านรวมประกันภัยชั้น 1 (เชิงพาณิชย์) สำหรับรถเช่าแล้ว

กรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือความเสียหาย

1. มีคู่กรณี และผู้เช่าเป็นฝ่ายผิด

 * เราจะดำเนินการแจ้งเคลมประกัน

 * ผู้เช่าไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบค่าซ่อมรถ

 * มีค่าเสียหายส่วนแรก (Excess Fee): 3,000 บาท (สำหรับนำรถเข้าซ่อม)

 * ค่าขาดประโยชน์จากการใช้รถ:

   * รถเก๋ง: 500 บาท/วัน

   * รถ SUV: 700 บาท/วัน

 * หมายเหตุ: ค่าใช้จ่ายสูงสุดรวมกันไม่เกิน 30,000 บาท

2. ประกันระบุว่าประมาทร่วม

 * ใช้หลักเกณฑ์เดียวกับข้อ 1

3. มีคู่กรณี และผู้เช่าไม่ใช่ฝ่ายผิด

 * ผู้เช่าไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

4. ไม่มีคู่กรณี (เช่น ขูดฟุตบาท, ถอยชน)

 * ใช้หลักเกณฑ์เดียวกับข้อ 1

 * หรือ ประเมินค่าใช้จ่ายตามขนาดความเสียหายจริง

ข้อควรทราบเพิ่มเติม

❌ กรณีเมาแล้วขับ

หากผู้เช่าขับขี่ขณะมึนเมาเกินกว่าที่กฎหมายกำหนดในขณะเกิดอุบัติเหตุ ประกันภัยจะไม่คุ้มครองความเสียหาย ในกรณีนี้ ผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว

🚫 ชนแล้วหนี

การชนแล้วหนีเป็นความผิดทางอาญา หากเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือความเสียหายใดๆ กับรถยนต์ โปรดโทรแจ้งทันทีที่: +66892941887

Important Insurance Conditions: Please Read Carefully 👇🏻

All vehicles from our shop include Commercial First-Class Insurance for rental vehicles.

In Case of Accident or Damage:

➡️ 1. Accident involving another party and the renter is at fault:

We will file an insurance claim. The renter is not required to pay for the repair costs but must pay an excess fee of 3,000 THB for the vehicle to enter the repair process, plus a loss of use fee of 500 THB per day for sedans and 700 THB per day for SUVs while the vehicle is under repair.

Note: The maximum total charge will not exceed 30,000 THB.

➡️ 2. Insurance determines shared negligence:

The same conditions as in point 1 will apply.

➡️ 3. Accident involving another party and the renter is NOT at fault:

The renter is not responsible for any costs.

➡️ 4. No other party involved (e.g., scraping a curb, reversing into an object):

The same conditions as in point 1 will apply, or the cost will be assessed based on the extent of the damage.

❌ Important: If the renter is driving under the influence of alcohol above the legal limit at the time of the accident, the insurance will not cover any damages. In this case, the renter will be fully responsible for all costs. ❌
