Greetings, mortals! Welcome to The Sunken Bench (located on Vanaheim)! We are Saga and Sigyn, Lightworkers / Gamma Indigo Starseeds (via Ashtar Command) and spouses / Twin Flames, and this is our shrine-slash-(cosmic) home away from (Midgard) home. Technically, Sokkvabekkr belongs to Saga - Sigyn and Loki have their own beach house - but it entertains many regular visitors, including Odin and Thor, both of whom make liberal use of its beach bar (and grill - trust us, getting Thor to wait for his food to be cooked before he eats it is no small feat!).
In Norse mythology, Sokkvabekkr is featured in a stanza of the poem Grimnismal (The Lay of Grimnir [spoiler alert: It's Odin]) from the Poetic Edda: "Sokkvabekkr is the fourth, where cool waves flow, / And amid their murmur it stands; / There daily did Othin and Saga [and Thor, as well!] drink / In gladness from cups of gold."
