The College of West Anglia is one of the largest providers of education and training in rural Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, with additional employer-partner provision delivered in Lincolnshire and farther afield. At our University Centre West Anglia, we collaborate with prestigious institutions such as Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, the Open University, and the University of Huddersfield to offer an extensive range of programmes. Our School of Nursing Studies (SoNS) is also in partnership with the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn and Anglia Ruskin University, providing excellent training for aspiring nurses. We have built close research links with the Scottish sector and continue to make further connections with research networks in all four nations.  

Our passion for research and innovation has been growing steadily for years, with a small group of practitioners who engaged in action research projects and research degrees. In March 2023, we are proud to launch the College of West Anglia Research and Innovation Forum (#CWARIF), and we couldn't be more excited about it! In the past 6 months, we have already welcomed over 80 participants to the forum.

At #CWARIF, we collaborate with both internal and external staff and students to engage in research and develop innovative ideas in practice. We believe that professional development and learning are essential to our college culture and the education we provide. That's why we are thrilled to join the Research College Group to continue supporting research and collaboration in the further education and skills sector.
