Ticket Exchange and Secondary Markets:
Please be wary of buying tickets from any sellers other than the Reitz Theater website or box office. We have seen posts on Facebook offering tickets for sale, especially for sold-out shows. These posts seem to be a scam, and the Reitz Theater will not be held responsible for any financial loss relating to purchasing tickets from non-approved sellers, If you have tickets you are unable to use, please contact the box office as soon as possible, as we may be able to offer a refund or exchange. If you are seeking tickets for a sold out show, please first contact the box office for any available tickets or to be added to the wait-list for any available tickets.
Ticket Information for Our Patrons Needing Special Seating:
If you require special seating for any of our performances due to vision, hearing, and/or mobility concerns, please contact the box office at 814-375-4274. This special seating cannot be reserved online through our website.
