There Was A Problem With This Download Netflix

So, I've just joined Netflix 1 month ago, and as a security freak I am, I used Revolut disposable card for my payment. And no, I'm not trying to pull some free months deal or some kind of trick - in my country there is not even this option available. So, first month, all good, payment done, streaming consumed. It came to pay for the next month, and around 2 days in advance, I've tried to renew my payment details, with another Revolut disposable card.

I told them that it is already the 3rd time I'm doing that they requested, my payment day is the next day, and it is clearly a problem with the Netflix form and update action, since using the same bank and the same card (well.. similar disposable card) with same permissions it worked a month ago, so there is nothing wrong with the my payment method/validity . Operator insisted I contact the bank and ask why my transaction authorization was declined :| I asked also if this is not going to work, if I'm just going to create another account with another email address using the same Revolut disposable card, and it will work, can I contact them again to tell them that it's the Netflix form with the problems.

On my iPad, I get this error when trying to select any other profile than the first one. I have the latest version possible for iOS 10.3.3 which is the latest version available for my iPad. Is there any way of fixing this, using the first account is not an option for me...?

I have same issue. About 3 weeks ago, the video didnt work only netflix and youtube app. I shut down my phone. Unfortunately, it wasnt perfect solution. I also did reset all settings. It seemed to have solved problem completely, but I get same issue now. I want to know which thing occurs this problem, with apps or IOS? No matter what it is, it needs to be updated.

Hi and welcome to the community. I am a community member and not tech savvy. Posting an older topic that may help you troubleshoot. In this instance, custom extensions were the problem. If you use extensions, you could try disabling them and seeing if you experience the same problem or you can create a new test profile to see if the problem occurs in a new profile.

Guys, there is no clock in our projector so there is no way to keep the time after reboot. We tried to implement something different with our engineer but failed.

Over the last few weeks, the Netflix app on my iPad 2 will display only my husband's profile and not mine. It shows my profile icon, but when I click on it, I see his Recently Watched items and his My List. If I watch one of my movies, it syncs with my profile on other devices, but I can't see My List. And when I go back to my iPad, it will show what I watched in Recently Watched along with his movies. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? (I've updated the app whenever there are updates available, and I'm running the most current iOS.)

@GazzaRicha1 @virginmedia typical! The time of year when you want to kick back and watch your choice of movies and apparently there is an "outage" which is stopping all my apps like netflix and sky movie choices from working, FFS, gonna take up to 5 days to fix!!!

Neither Netflix nor Disney+ work after this latest Firefox upgrade. (And I have read on other chats that Hulu and others are also not working, getting error codes when the previous version of Firefox worked fine.) There is clearly an issue with this upgrade to accommodate the new Mac M1 chip. However, if you do not have this latest Mac processor, something has gone wrong in connecting with streaming services for those of us on the previous generation Macs.

I have the same problem. I have found references to loading Rosetta. this is not the language learning program but some sort of patch for programs that were written for the intel version of the mac which is now running the new Apple chip. However, without a specific window coming up asking you to load rosetta and a button to push to do so there is no easy way to do this. I have found a reference to running scripts in a command window but this is not for the standard user. I have seen this issue with the Firefox browser but it is not apparently an issue with the Safari browser. No surprise that Safari is an Apple product.

It made me so sad in the documentary when they were talking about students with allergies having to sit at separate tables so they could be kept safe from other lunches. After 2 calls to netflix my issue still persists. They are looking into the issue and told me I should receive and email in 24-48 hours. Here is a bandwidth chart from the same movie streamed from Netflix on a Boxee Box using the same ethernet cable. As you can see there is quite a difference in the average transmission rate.

It appears that the Boxee Box is limited to a 720p stream from Netflix while the Live SMP can pull a full 1080p stream. This is why Boxee can stream these movies no problem while Live SMP has issues. There is an issue somewhere with the 1080p encodes or the way the Live SMP handles the stream.
