Compassionate Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy in a Safe, Supportive Space
Compassionate Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy in a Safe, Supportive Space
Helping individuals and couples navigate intimacy, connection, and communication with warmth, clarity, and expertise.
How do I know I'm in the right place?
There might be something going on in your life that feels too big to manage alone right now. It could be a relationship difficulty, a concern around sex or desire—or perhaps both.
As a psychosexual and relationship therapist, I’ve received specialist training to support people in navigating these often complex and deeply personal issues.
My aim is to offer a space that feels free from judgment, shame, or pressure—where you can express yourself honestly and feel truly heard.
Within that space, and the therapeutic relationship we build together, we can begin to explore what’s going on with curiosity and compassion. Talking therapy allows us to work gently with all the messy, vulnerable parts of ourselves, at your pace.
We might draw on communication tools or creative processes when useful—but at the heart of the work is the simple act of sitting together in a safe space, where you can bring your whole self.
Some feedback I've been sent to share with new clients from previous clients.
I work specifically with clients who are looking for psychosexual therapy or couples therapy. Here you will find a list of the specific presenting issues and also some of the themes we discuss within sessions.
