Michelle Choi is a Spa and Holistic Wellness Specialist based between Seoul and London, with extensive experience in world-class luxury hotel spas.

She built her career at Grand Hyatt Seoul Spa and Conrad Seoul Spa, where she became recognized for her refined touch, intuitive healing techniques, and highly personalized treatments.

In 2024, she successfully opened the SPAONE location inside Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas, further establishing her private spa brand.
In 2025, she expanded internationally by joining Jumeirah Carlton Tower London, delivering premium global-standard spa services in one of London’s most prestigious hotels.
