Then it is enacted and adhered to. The light of Truth will light the way. Emotional scar tissue get be shaped into mental muscle. To make us stronger so that we can climb higher, achieve more and be all that we have dreamt of becoming. What does not kill us does in fact make us stronger. Join me won't you?

Hello. Besides being a lifetime artist and writer. I am a lifetime human. I have struggled with Depression and Anxiety. I was diagnosed with Bipolar I in my mid-thirties. Then in my late fifties, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. Now as I turn the corner into my third act of life, I find out that the entire time I was also ADHD. Which explains most if not all of my struggles, obstacles, and roadblocks.


But you know what? Not a problem. As many times as I fell and hit the ground. I rose. The next time only to get further and reach new heights. And I got stronger and Wiser and more resilient. I believe you can have a strong back and a strong mind. Which only adds to the value and beauty of Life.



Knowledge can be found in a book. They show the way by sharing. Yet Wisdom is found in applying what we learn and from experience. New experiences help in giving insights and allowing us to explore possibilities. Mindfulness and Awareness help to keep us grounded and present.
