Books & Digital Downloads: All sales are final. Once the product has been accessed, no refunds are available.
Physical Products: Refunds are available only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged product.
Due to the nature of live programs and events, no refunds will be issued once registration is completed.
