Employees are encouraged to:
Represent Telecel in a positive and professional manner.
Use their social media platforms responsibly and in alignment with Telecel’s core values.
Employees should ensure their personal social media accounts are set to private if they wish to share content that may not align with this policy. However, any public content must comply with these guidelines.
Telecel reserves the right to:
Monitor public social media activity for compliance with this policy.
Conduct individual reviews of social media accounts if required.
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of employment.
If an employee becomes aware of content on social media that violates this policy or damages Telecel’s reputation, they must report it immediately to HR or their direct manager.
