Compensation Breakdown

To ensure transparency, consistency, and fairness in Monthly Pay determination across Telecel, we have structured a comprehensive Monthly Pay Guideline, now available on the BambooHR platform. These guidelines define the different Monthly Pay components and allowances applicable to you based on your qualifications, experience, position, and additional skills. 

As part of this initiative, we have also unified the paycheck scale for all employees. This standardized approach has resulted in necessary adjustments to some monthly paycheck payments for some of you. Please note that any additional amounts received in your last paycheck are adjustments and corrections only; they are NOT Monthly Pay increases. 

These adjustments may vary slightly from person to person, but in most cases, they are minor. All Monthly Pay increases are governed strictly by the guidelines already provided. You can view the breakdown of your Monthly Pay directly on BambooHR.
