Applicable to electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, painting, window & door repairs
Up to $7,000 at 2.5% interest
Housing Rehabilitation Forgivable Loan Program
Forgivable loans available to low-income households for the same purposes as above
Emergency Repairs
Up to $5,000 available for low-income households in need of immediate safety repairs
