NAMI Basics
Six-week class for parents & caregivers of children on how to cope with various forms of mental illness:
Disorders such as: ADHD, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Schizophrenia & Substance Abuse
Includes information on: Medication, Diagnosis, Communication & Coping skills, Educational Rights of Children, Emotional Support, Self-Care & Empowerment

Eight-week course for adults with mental illness to learn information on medication, communication skills, community resources & relapse prevention
Family-to-Family
Eight-week course for family members of people & close friends of people with mental illnesses like depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, anxiety & PTSd to learn skills like:
Handling Crisis, Problem-Solving, Recovery, Rehabilitation, & Self-Care
Homefront
Six-week educational program for loved-ones & caregivers of military service members & veterans with mental illness
