I am an Economics PhD candidate at the Paris School of Economics (PSE). I am supervised by Gabriel Zucman, with Pierre Bachas and Thomas Piketty in my thesis committee. I am affiliated with the Stone Center at PSE and the EUTAX Observatory. My research focuses on public economics, with a particular emphasis on tax policy, optimal taxation, and wealth and income inequality in the context of Global South countries.
Before starting the PhD, I completed a master's degree in Analysis and Policy in Economics (APE) at PSE and a bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP). I was a founding member and former researcher at the Research Center on Macroeconomics of Inequalities (Made) at FEA/USP.
