The Movement Community, run by Erin Wilson, is a place where you can learn how to reduce stress through exercise, build strength and mobility, and find the joy in Movement! After 15 years as a competitive gymnast and coach, more sustainable movement practices were needed. Now Erin leads group retreats and teaches yoga, group fitness classes, personal training, and youth gymnastics, reaching many people of different ages and abilities, guiding them into healthy lifestyles. Follow along for sustainable fitness tips, accessible workouts, and fun clips about expat life in Europe!
