PRIVACY POLICY — THEMIS SENTINEL SkyGuard Global MGA, LLC Effective Date: May 2026
Our Core Commitment
Themis Sentinel exists to protect people — not to monitor them. Everything we collect is about the attacks, not the people being attacked. We track the threats. We do not track you.
Data We Collect
Themis Sentinel collects two categories of data, both handled with the same foundational principle: the websites where attacks occur are what matter to us, not the identity or behavior of the person browsing them.
User-specific operational data — session activity necessary to deliver real-time scam protection. This includes: URLs of pages where threat detection is triggered, behavioral interaction patterns used to calibrate our detection system, and alert delivery preferences. This data is processed anonymously — it is associated with your installation instance only, never with your name, identity, or personal information. It is used solely to deliver and improve your protection.
Anonymized threat intelligence data — when Themis Sentinel detects and blocks a threat event, anonymized metadata about the attack pattern is collected. This includes: threat classification type, trigger mechanism, approximate geographic region (state-level only), time of detection, and outcome. This data is fully anonymized before transmission. It cannot identify you, your device, or your browsing activity under any circumstances. We are recording what the attack looked like. We are not recording anything about you.
How We Use Threat Intelligence Data
Anonymized threat pattern data is aggregated into the Valoris Threat Intelligence Feed (TFIT) — a proprietary cybersecurity intelligence dataset used to:
Continuously improve Themis Sentinel's detection accuracy and threat models
Identify emerging scam patterns and fraud vectors targeting seniors and vulnerable users
License aggregated, anonymized threat intelligence to cybersecurity researchers, financial institutions, and consumer protection organizations under the Kronos Protocol
No individual user can be identified from this dataset. It represents attack patterns — not people.
Data We Will Never Collect
Themis Sentinel does not collect and will never collect: your name, email address, financial account information, Social Security number, passwords, keystrokes, personal communications, search history, or any content you type, upload, or transmit. We do not sell individually identifiable user data to any third party under any circumstances.
A Note on Nationwide Use
Themis Sentinel is available to users across the United States and its territories. If you share this extension with family members in other states or territories, the same privacy protections apply to them equally. Your safety and confidentiality — and theirs — is of paramount importance to us.
Guardian Tier SMS Alerts
If you subscribe to Guardian tier and provide a phone number for family alerts, that phone number is stored securely and used solely to deliver SMS notifications when a threat event is detected. It is never shared with third parties, never used for marketing, and may be deleted at any time from your account settings.
Data Retention
Operational session data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. Anonymized threat intelligence data, once aggregated into the TFIT dataset, is retained indefinitely in anonymized form as part of the threat intelligence corpus.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your operational data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Because anonymized threat data cannot be re-identified to individual users, it is not subject to individual deletion requests once aggregated.
Changes to This Policy
Material changes to this privacy policy will be communicated via an in-extension notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
