Your privacy is a top priority for the Themespace‑Wallpaper&Icons&Widgets Team (“we” or “us”), and we are dedicated to safeguarding it. This Privacy Policy explains how we gather, use, and share information—including what you may provide to us or what we collect from our products and services. It details how we handle your data and protect your privacy when you use our mobile applications and related services (“the Software and Services”), as well as the rights and options available to you regarding your information.
We believe you have the right to understand how your information is collected and used when you interact with the Software and Services. These offerings may include various features and content supplied either by us or third parties—such as images, messages, advertisements, GIFs, and videos—as well as any content you choose to add (“Content”).
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED HEREIN, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES.
Amendments to This Policy
We may update or expand our Services from time to time, which could lead to modifications of this Policy. Should there be any significant changes, we will notify you either via the email address we have on record or through a notice on our Services before the changes become effective. If you do not agree with the updates, you should stop using the Services before the modified Policy takes effect. Continued use after the changes means you accept the updated Policy. Additionally, we may provide “just-in-time” notices or further details about how we collect, use, and share data for certain Services, giving you extra options regarding the processing of your personal information.
Information Collection
In this Policy, “personal information” refers to any data that identifies, or can be used to identify, an individual. When you access or use our Services, we typically gather the following types of personal information:
I. Functional Requirements (Location)
We request permission for location access (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) to add a weather widget that provides you with precise weather forecasts based on your location.
II. Application Acquisition
We obtain permissions to view apps installed on your device (using QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES) in order to detect all apps on your device for functions such as device search and icon pairing. One key feature is offering users various icon styles—by matching the app package name, users can click “install” to create a shortcut on their desktop. If no direct match is found, you can search among your installed apps, select one to replace its icon, and then click “install” to add a shortcut.
III. Support-Related Information
When you contact us via our support channels or email, we may collect your email address, name, and any details you voluntarily provide (such as your company name or specific support query). This information is used solely to provide support and is not linked to other data collected through the Software and Services. Additionally, when you use our Services, we automatically assign you an anonymous internal User ID that is not personally identifying and may be combined with other information.
IV. Technical Information
We may collect certain technical details about your device, such as the type, model, and version of its operating system and other software. This includes:
(i) How you interact with the Software and Services, including your configuration, settings, and the version in use;
(ii) Your Internet Service Provider (ISP), IP address, MAC address, anonymous user identifiers, and other device identifiers;
(iii) Advertising IDs (for example, Google’s GAID on Android);
(iv) Android IDs that are used locally and never stored on our servers.
V. Payment Data
We may collect details related to your subscription orders (e.g., items purchased, subscription duration, order status, and payment timing). We do not directly collect or secure payment details; these are handled by third-party companies (such as Google). We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these providers—visit https://play.google.com for more information—before entering your payment information.
VI. Your Content
Some of our services allow you to create, save, or upload content by granting access to your photos, media, files, or camera. You voluntarily provide this data, and we may store details about your interactions or any content you create, post, or share indefinitely—even after you close your account—for purposes such as legal claim defense, auditing, or fraud prevention.
VII. Collection of Additional Personal Information
When you use Themes, the system automatically logs data such as your usage patterns, session durations, and browsing history.
We collect device information to identify users and improve our service through behavior analysis, crash diagnostics, performance evaluations, advertising tracking, internal audits, and data analysis. This may include:
- Device attributes such as phone model, OS version, network type, screen size, and current app version;
- Unique device identifiers like the IMEI, hardware addresses, IDFA (advertising identifier), and other serial numbers.
VIII. Other Information Collection
We may request permission to create shortcuts or add widgets to your desktop. These permissions are only sought if you use the corresponding functions. If you deny these sensitive permissions, we may be unable to provide certain features, and we will cease collecting that related information.
“Session and Available Data” refers to connection and service data provided when you use an app, service, or website—such as connection requests, server communications, network tests, quality-of-service data, and time/location stamps. Note that this does not include personal information or content you share via apps (like photos or files).
IX. Third Parties
We may offer third-party applications (such as extensions) through our Services. When you enable such applications, the information collected is processed under this Privacy Policy, while the third party’s own privacy policy governs any data they collect. For example:

When the app starts, the third-party advertising SDKs may request permissions such as reading from and writing to external storage, accessing your location (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION and ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION), checking Bluetooth state (BLUETOOTH and BLUETOOTH_ADMIN), and accessing WIFI state (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE), along with related device details (like model, OS version, and IMEI). This ensures that ads display correctly and allows for app usage and crash data collection. We promise that such data is only collected to support the app’s functions and will not be used to unlawfully acquire personal information. Data is only shared with third parties when you have given consent or as required by law.
Information Usage
We use your information primarily to deliver and enhance the Software and Services while ensuring your safety. More specifically, your data is used to:
Deliver Services: Provide you with the Software and Services, maintain and improve their quality and functionality.
Maintain Relationship: Identify, manage, and nurture our relationship with you, including account management.
Respond to Requests: Offer customer support and address your inquiries.
Customize Content:
(i) Enhance and tailor the Software and Services to your needs;
(ii) Provide personalized content, including targeted, interest-based advertisements from us or our partners.
If new purposes for processing your information emerge, we will update this Privacy Policy before starting to process your data for those new purposes. Although we do not intend to collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) beyond what is set forth here, some data may inadvertently include PII. We employ rules to minimize unintentional PII collection (such as email addresses, social security numbers, phone numbers, credit card numbers, etc.), though these methods are not infallible. We routinely review and update these measures. If you reside in the EEA or Ca USA, you hereby consent to us using or processing your personal information solely for the purposes described herein once you use our Software or Services—and you may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
How We Use Collected Information:
Compile user behavior reports in aggregate;
Process your inquiries, subscriptions, and service requests;
Manage membership accounts and related benefits;
Operate and enhance Themes (including designing and promoting personalized product services, improving user experience, and promptly addressing technical issues);
Protect network security (for authentication, fraud prevention, archiving, and backup, ensuring safe service delivery).
How We Share or Disclose Personal Information:
Your personal information is highly valuable to us, and we will not disclose it arbitrarily without your consent;
We may share information with third parties only under the following circumstances:
- If required by law (e.g., to address fraud, security, or technical issues; to comply with legal processes such as subpoenas; or to safeguard the rights, property, or safety of our users, partners, or the public);
- In the event of a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, or sale of assets, where your information becomes part of the transferred assets.
How We Keep Information Secure
We employ technical measures and protocols to secure user data, striving to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage.
Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted.
We continuously monitor our systems to detect and prevent unauthorized access to data.
Our employees are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
All confidential data stored on your device and transmitted to our cloud services is encrypted, and access is limited to authorized users only.
Change of Control
If we sell or transfer all or part of our products or assets to another organization, any data collected from or about our users may be transferred as part of that transaction. The buyer or transferee is required to adhere to the commitments outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Sharing Information with Third Parties
We will not disclose any PII we collect from you except under the following circumstances:
If legally mandated, we may share your information with law enforcement or other competent authorities, as necessary (for instance, to address fraud, security, or technical issues; respond to legal requests; or protect the safety or rights of our users or the public);
In a business transition such as a merger, acquisition, consolidation, change of control, reorganization, or asset sale, your information may be included among the transferred assets.
Data Protection
All confidential data stored on your device and transmitted to our cloud services is encrypted, and access is strictly controlled. In the event of a sale or transfer of our products or assets, the buyer or transferee will be bound by the same commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Security and Storage of Information
We aim to retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our data retention practices.
Children’s Policy
We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In the EEA, our Software and Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect PII from them. If a parent or guardian learns that a child has provided us with information without consent, they should contact us immediately, and we will take reasonable steps to delete such data from our records.
