Founded in the summer of 2019 by Francisco E. Alvarez to fill a vital need for Men, The Men’s Group Fresno County in California is an independent, peer-led support group, free from affiliation with any medical, religious, or external organizations, and not limited to any single topic. We created this space because men deserve a place to speak openly.

Whether you are navigating the everyday pressures of modern life or working through deeper, complex trauma, our group offers a safe, non-judgmental environment built on acceptance and mutual respect. We encourage individual therapy and aim to complement your personal growth by helping you build healthy coping tools, transition from surviving to thriving, and lift each other along the way.
