Shipping Limitations

• Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Not Accepted.

• At this time, we can only ship within the USA and to physical addresses.

• We cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, or the Pacific Islands), protectorates, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), or diplomatic posts (DPO addresses).

• Regular Season: Shipping Rates and Sales Tax (if applicable) will apply. High-Peak Season: Shipping rates will be higher.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We will not ship on Saturday, Sunday and all Federal Holidays and the Blocked-Out Dates listed below.

• For the 2025-2026 Calendar year, in observance of Federal holidays, Holidays or special days,
  Processing Department will be closed and will NOT process orders or ship during the following date ranges (or Blocked-Out Dates):
  January 19, 2026
  February 16, 2026
  May 25, 2026
  June 19, 2026
  July 3-5, 2026
  September 7-10, 2026
  October 12, 2026
  November 11, 2026
  November 24-30, 2026
  December 23-27, 2026
  December 29- January 4, 2027

If an order is received on a Blocked-Out date listed above, we will hold on to your emails and process your order when the Processing/Shipping department resumes accepting and processing orders again during regular business hours (excluding Weedends, Federal Holidays and Blocked-Out Dates listed above). We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your cooperation. We look forward to serving you before and after the holidays. Have a wonderful holiday season. Please note that this Processing/Shipping Schedule may change at any time, so please check often if needed.

Please allow 2-3 Regular Business Days (excluding Weedends, Federal Holidays and Blocked-Out Dates listed above) to pick, pack and ship the item.
And please allow 2-8 Regular Business Days (excluding Weekends, Federal Holidays and Blocked-Out Dates listed above) for the item to be delivered.

While this is an estimate of shipping time, unavoidable delays or unexpected disruptions due to global emergencies, natural disasters, holiday peak season delays, unexpected shipping delays, etc. may arise, you will be given updated information as we become aware of it. We advise, plan ahead of potential delays by ordering ahead of time or ordering before the holiday rush.

When an order is placed and verified, we will be unable to modify the delivery address once it has been placed.

"All Items are New" when they are shipped and the company is not liable or responsible for any damages during transit.
