The Neolegend of Asoulin

The Neolegend of Asoulin follows the story of a new protagonist. Who is chosen by the Light Guardian to defeat a new Dark Lord. This is a retelling/sequel story to the Legend of Asoulin with new and returning faces. As well as a new horse companion. This story takes place a couple decades after the first legend. Time has passed and people have grown, yet there is a new Dark Lord and the general population of Asoulin doesn't seem to remember what happened years ago. Why is that?
