Niko

History

Niko lived a loner's life. He wasn't a fan of the typical way society was run. So, he had no house to call his own and no one to be around. He decided to conform to his reality by concealing his identity and frequently visiting in the town of Cliffseid, a large town on the edge of a steep cliff. He grew his skills in thievery by stealing goods for himself. He had to do what he had to in order to live. But it was something he enjoyed doing. He grew extremely proficient. So much so he desired to do more than just live in the wild. He set the task for stealing a bunch of gold and riches from the King of Greenhorne. So much so, he could buy a house for himself and never have to pay for any necessities ever again.

And so he eventually set out to do just that. With his extreme skills in thievery, he was able to snatch things without anyone ever noticing, he stole millions of gold, enough for him to buy out a fully furnished house in Cliffseid and a Nintendo 3DS for himself. All assumed under a fake temporary identity. But he was finally able to live comfortably for years to come.

That was until the Dark Lord suddenly attacked the town. He swiped his 3DS and his gear and ran away. Seeing everything he's worked for get destroyed. As well as innocent lives get brutally attacked and having their souls swiped away from them. He was absolutely shattered and stricken with fear. But all he could do was run away and protect himself.

Back to having absolutely nothing, he used his dagger and the surplus of monsters out for him to just mindlessly defeat them for plain fun. However, it was only until he saw a girl with the same thief outfit as him that his life changed. He revealed his identity to her, Alexis, without even realizing it until she asked for his name. Ever since then, Alexis was Niko's first friend. First of many. They instantly clicked and became amazing friends ever since. Niko didn't conceal his identity anymore as the more adventurers he met, the more knew about him. And it didn't bother him.

By living alone, he did what he had to do to survive. This came at the cost of learning quick, swift, and creative techniques in order to snatch things that he needed. He soon became a natural expert at what he did and knows a lot of creative techniques and attacks that he can use. He also has amazing reaction time as well. With all of this, he is able to defeat generic monsters with relative ease.
