The owner is an incredible chef and everything she makes is delicious (and fresh and homemade). The ingredients she uses are rare to find in Thailand, let alone on a remote island, and the high quality comes through in the flavors. I have eaten here several times and my favorite dishes include both the serrano ham and smoked salmon bruschettas, the pepperoni pizza (from the wood-fired oven), the sundried tomato pasta in white garlic sauce, the lasagna, and the chicken quesadillas.
