Hi, I am Vaishnavi Kando, the founder of The Kitchen T. Before coming up with the idea of opening a baking school, I joined the Sarawagi Group four years ago as the HR Head. I'm sure all of you are aware of the Sarawagi Group; we have been catering to the bakery and hotel industry for the past 30 years, and how this industry functions is almost ingrained in our blood. I'm not just an HR Head or the founder; I'm also married into the family. Ever since I moved to Nepal and have been involved in the business, I have only seen and heard my husband and my father-in-law talk about this day in and day out, and I see the passion in them. This is what actually inspired me to come up with this idea because, you know, if you have served this industry for so long, it’s not just about selling products; you are also educating everyone about all the new products you bring in. So, more than selling, this has actually been about, you know, making people aware of the right kind of ingredients that you can use in your items.
