Meath Local Sports Partnership is facilitating the third Community Sports Coaching Programme in Navan. The programme is focused on assisting people to gain employment, coaching, volunteering and further education opportunities in the sports sector.
The Community Sports Coaching Programme will provide the participants with practical and theoretical sports related skills and help them find relevant work experience in their local community. The programme is open to women and men aged over 18 years.
Modules include:
The programme is delivered 2 days per week over a 14 week period to include work placement (flexible) if you are unemployed this will not affect your social welfare payment
Places on the programme are limited, short listing applies. (started Monday 25th September 2017)
However if you are not available for the full 14 week programme and wish to attend a specific module this can also be accommodated. Details of timings and schedule for specific modules can be provide on request.
