It's a busy time of year for all crafters with Christmas being the pinnacle point in their business year.
Several appear in our Events Page and we caught up with local resident Mandy who manages the Navan Christmas Market.
"This is the highlight event of the year for our Crafters and is a FREE Entry Christmas Market on Sunday, Nov 12th, 10am until 6pm at the Newgrange Hotel in Navan."

"1,267 people walked through the doors of the 2016 Christmas Market so this year expectations are higher."
"All the stall holders sell their products online and in the absence of a high street shop this is our opportunity to host a public market in the centre of town. We’ve all got the collective ambition to make this market a success since it benefits our own businesses."
"It will be an opportunity to showcase our talents with over 50 craft stalls filling the entire first floor of the hotel.
The variety of items are amazing and I have chosen each stall to make sure the customer has lots of choice. Each crafter is different and unique in their own way. It's a great opportunity to find the perfect gift that is not for sale in the shops and very likely to be a ‘one of a kind’ item."

"Santa will also be there together with festive entertainment, and face painting for the kids, Tarot Card Reader for the grown ups together with a cafe area for the Mums and Dads to relax in. It is an event not to be missed!"

The Draw is being made Tuesday 7th November so be very quick to be in with a chance to win some fabulous prizes.

This year the Navan Christmas Market has chosen to support, promote and raise funds for SOSAD who rely solely on donations and help our families in times of distress.
Visit Santa for only €3 with €1 from every visit going to SOSAD.
They will also be selling Reindeer Food next to Santa to raise funds for this worthy cause so please support them.

Raffle tickets can be bought on the day with an amazing amount and range of prizes which includes a prize from every stall holder.
