Asking Questions

We have plans to pose questions to the Council and others on behalf of all our Community and Readers.

We'll follow up the discussion and developments on Community Facilities and traffic studies in the coming weeks. In the meantime we have several questions that need responses over coming months but if you would like to pose a question then send it to us.

I can think of quite a few questions that I'd like some official answers to so I'm proposing we ask and have the Council respond to a few each month.

Potential Questions we'll be asking :

What Estates have yet to be 'Taken In Charge' by the Council and why so long in doing so?
What's inside the Council HQ, what was going on with all the scaffolding and why are the lights on at night?
There's €5.68m funding recently announced for social housing / infrastructure developments off the Kentstown Road?
What are the plans for the Johnstown People's Park?
Where exactly are the cycle paths leading us?
The St Stephens and Coláiste na Mí Schools have further developments planned?
The IDA hasn't developed it's land but why were Private Property signs recently erected?
Why haven't we made use of our biggest local feature and boundary edge - the River Boyne?
