Stable Adventures
A chirpy gal hailing from Bombay
Accidentally swallowed some hay.
The country doctor tried
To fix her outside,
But the only thing she said was ‘neigh’.
Interstellar Romance
There once was a fact-spewing techie from Bangalore.
Talking to him was such a chore.
After a weekend trip,
He started building a spaceship.
“I’ll be reunited with her soon!” He swore.
Unstomachable Drama
Santosh, a cranky old man from Delhi,
Was immensely proud of his round belly.
His nephew poked it with a needle,
And out came the neighbour’s beagle.
The case ended up being a hit on telly.
Growing Horror
Fond of gardening, some Bengali mums
Were rigorously repotting plums.
Aparna, considered a master,
Gave up the vocation after
Unearthing some blackened thumbs.
Familial Mystery
A young police constable from Hyderabad,
Known to rely on her pocket notepad,
Witnessed some thieving.
She resigned, after scribbling,
“I absolutely cannot arrest my granddad!”
