Doggy Daycare & Boarding

**Starting Jan 1, 2023**

There will be a $50 deposit for boarding. It will be made while making the appointment and is refundable up to 7 days before your drop off date. If you cancel within the 7 days of your drop off date, it is not refundable. The $50 will come off of your bill at the end of your stay. It can be cash, zelle, or card (which I can do over the phone). If you choose to not do the deposit I can not put you in the books.

I am also no longer accepting app pays. I will only

be accepting cash, zelle and card (via square).

The last big change we are making for 2023 is tours. We are excited to be making you a virtual tour so you can see where your babies will be staying! Having people walk through usually stresses out the pups so I'm making it easy on both ends. That will be up very soon!

Hippie MuttHutt House Rules:

1) Everyone who comes (daycare or overnight) must have a new client and release form filled out. If you have not done this please let me know! I can either email it to you or have one printed out to send home with you.

2) Every pup must have a copy of their updated shots on file with me. You can either email them to me or just take a picture and send me the picture. They will need updated Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. If they are under 6 months I will just need a copy of their puppy shots.

3) All male dogs must be neutered and I will not accept any females in heat.

4) Everyone needs to have an emergency contact number to someone IN THE STATE. I will always reach out to the owners first but, especially for boarding, need a number to someone who can get your baby on your behalf incase of emergency.

5) Over night babies this one’s for you! Please pre-portion your food into meal bags or bring nothing bigger than a gallon zip lock bag (you can have as many gallon zip locks as you need for the stay). The busier we get the less room to store big bags and containers.

5) If your dog is on medication please write down (on a post it, index card, or just a piece of paper) exactly how you give it to them. I try to make things as less stressful as possible so if you have an easy way for them to take it please tell me. If what you do is different from what the bottle says and I don’t have a written note I will do what the bottle says, so please make me aware!

6) Please make sure dogs names, or initials, are on any blanket or toy that they bring. You can easily use the tag for identification purposes. If something needs to get washed I do not want to chance it being left here.

7) Always feel free to message or text me for updates if you need one! I try my best to make sure everyone is updated a few times a day but sometimes we are having too much fun and I forget. So please do not feel bad, just shoot me that message!

Boarding and new daycare kids please make sure I have a 10-15 minute heads up before coming this way. It is a lot easier to get new dogs in and out when the pack is put away. So I ask for either a heads up text or just an ETA if you have one.

9) My hours are as followed:

Monday-Friday 7am-7pm

Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm

If you show up earlier or later, without talking to me first, I may not answer the door.

10) Payment is at pick up unless discussed prior to daycare/overnight. I accept Zelle, cash, or cards.
