My journey has been a fine but challenging one. I have always believed in naturally losing weight because that’s permanent and becomes your lifestyle. My staple routine throughout was:
1. Maintaining a quantitative diet. I ate everything except for non-veg and just took care of the portion control.
2. Working out religiously. I *DID NOT* skip workout. On days when I didn’t feel like it, I opted for mat exercises or yoga.
3. Not forcing myself into anything. I satisfied my cravings and still maintained the weight because of SUBSTITUTION & PORTION CONTROL,
4. Meditation. It works magic to keep you focused and happy.
5. Enjoying the journey. It’s not just something people say. It actually works. I tried not to beat myself up for the weight I’d put on and enjoyed every little challenge thoroughly.
