Advanced booking is best to ensure that we reserve your pelican rental; however, we understand babies may arrive at any point! Please call or text as soon as the baby is born. We strive to install the Pelican sign within 24 hours of contact; however, if needed ASAP, a rush option is available. 

Please do not move and/or remove the yard sign, as there is the potential for damage to occur. If you would like early removal of the sign, please reach out and we will remove the sign as soon as possible. 

Weed eating or lawn mowers may damage the sign if contact occurs. 

If you notice any damage on the sign, please notify us at 504-710-1212. Our signs are durable, weather-resistant, and created to last. We are not responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while on the property.

Yes! If needed and available, we offer a rush delivery option. This consists of a delivery within 12 hours of contact. Please contact use at 504-710-1212 to check availability. A rush fee will be added to the order. 

Yes. We are located and based out of Metairie. Delivery fees are as follows: 

• 0 – 10 miles: Free delivery

• 11 – 20 miles: $20 delivery fee

• 21 – 30 miles: $30 delivery fee

• 31 – 40 miles: $50 delivery fee

• 41 – 50 miles: $75 delivery fee

• 51 miles and over: $150 delivery fee (within reason/at our discretion)
