Located on private property, the Florida Treehouse hosts parties in our clean & spacious home for couples & singles in the lifestyle. Whether you like to socialize and make new cool friends, or go all out - jump in the mix to meet some fun people! As low pressure, non-aggressive people, we want everyone to feel comfortable and have a great time.
If you've never been and want details - EMAIL YOUR NAME/S, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, & PICTURES to thefloridatreehouse@gmail.com. Providing your information is mandatory in order to be added to the approved guest list.
We do verify guests at the door, so don't overlook this important step please. :)

important rules for our private parties:
- We do not allow drugs on our property, including marijuana. Do not bring drugs onto our property, not even in your car.
- We do not offer dinner, drinks, or overnight accommodations. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, & hotels nearby.
- We do not serve or sell alcohol. Treehouse private house parties are BYOB. Please keep your liquor stored in your bin and/or bring a cooler for your beer. Do not leave your alcohol out in the open.
- All beverages brought into our home by guests are for your personal consumption. Any alcohol left at the Treehouse will be discarded at the end of the party.
- If you're drinking, you should have a designated driver or call a cab. If you require overnight accommodations, you can book a hotel nearby.
- We respectfully ask that guests do not bring firearms on the property.
