• Synopsis: While Batman deals with a deformed man calling himself the Penguin wreaking havoc across Gotham with the help of a cruel businessman, a female employee of the latter becomes the Catwoman with her own vendetta.

• Intentions: Like Batman 1989, the art direction creates a timeless quality and I found that this quality is enhanced desaturing the color and increasing contrast.

• As with my edit of Batman Noir, my secondary intent is to remove any instance of Batman committing murder or manslaughter.

Change List:

• Cut the fire-breathing criminal from the first action sequence, along with Batman setting him ablaze.

•  I attempted to reduce Penguin's overall vulgarness, removing references to people's voids, being treated like number two, spouting "burn baby, burn" out of context, babies' erogenous zones being blown sky high, etc.

• The scene of Bruce meeting Max Schreck and being introduced to Selina is placed immediately after her resurrection - this is to reduce the amount of screentime that Bruce is absent for, and to build more suspense for Catwoman's introduction

• I likewise moved Catwoman's introduction right before her break-in at Schreck's department store.

• Around this, I removed Batman snatching a bomb from one criminal before later attaching it to another before kicking him into a sewer. This may be a popular, often meme'd scene, but it doesn't fit with Batman's character

• Removed the scene where Catwoman and Penguin conspire because, one, their team-up isn't wholly consequential to the plot, and two, the sexual tension is highly uncomfortable and unnecessary.

• Removed the the repetition of the line "harp from Hell" when Bruce is setting Penguin up at his rally, along with Bruce rubbing a CD to make a record scratching sound.

• Cut Penguin's line asking why people bring food to a speech, instead he immediately opens fire.

• Replaced "Super Freak" with the Penguin's theme from Batman the Animated Series when Bruce talks to Max at his party.

•  Removed Selina getting up from Penguin's explosion at Schreck's party. This is my work around for later on in the sewer when she tells Schreck that Penguin has killed her before.

• Shortened the march of Penguin's penguin pallbearers
