The Empire Shipping LB ("The Empire", "we", "us", or "our") operates the The Empire Shipping LB mobile application (the "App"), which provides authorized business clients with access to their freight account, shipment records, financial balances, and related services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This App is exclusively available to existing B2B clients of The Empire Shipping LB. Access is granted by invitation only. There is no public registration. If you are not an authorized client, you may not use this App.
Name, company name, and client code assigned by The Empire
Email address used to log in
Phone number and billing address on file
Pages and features accessed within the App
Login timestamps and session activity
Device type and operating system (collected automatically)
Shipment records, invoice details, and item weights associated with your account
Account balance, transaction history, and payment records
Stock levels and transfer records linked to your freight account
We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or any sensitive financial credentials through this App. Billing is managed separately through The Empire's internal systems.
We use the information collected solely to:
Authenticate your identity and provide secure access to your account
Display your shipment history, balances, stock, and transfer records
Maintain the accuracy and security of your account data
Respond to support requests or account inquiries
Improve the performance and reliability of the App
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
We do not share your personal data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
