Giuliano Bottelli

Giuliano Bottelli is the founder and CEO of DUAL, the first communication agency in Italy that makes marketing, communication, and events effectively grow and evolve through connection, cleverness, and emotional intelligence (EQ). All his 25 professionals are constantly trained with EQ and asked to be part of the process of practicing emotional skills for business.

As Certified EQ Advanced Facilitator and Six Seconds Preferred Partner (the most important global network for emotional intelligence), Giuliano and his team constantly develop tools, business games, team building and special programs for Trust Individual/Team Coaching.

In 2011 DUAL opened a subsidiary in Marsala, Sicily, fully dedicated to MICE experiences, wine tourism for business, and territorial marketing.

Known for his excellent cross-cultural adaptability, Feliziano has demonstrated a strong track record in inspiring, energizing, and developing teams. His leadership style is marked by a keen focus on results, coupled with robust skills in influencing and prioritization.

Currently, Feliziano manages a marketing department and contributes significantly as part of the Italian Board and the European marketing leadership team.
