Sustainable Chemistry
The emerging environmental and health concerns have raised global interests in the development of sustainable approaches for organic chemistry which encompasses ranging from the design of reactions to the production of chemicals. Our chemistry is centrally aiming at the improvement of energy efficiency and the utilization of catalysis among 12 principles of green chemistry. These two principles are connected to electrochemistry and metal catalysis for organic syntheses as main themes of our group research, thereby hopefully having us promise a better future to the next generation.
