Customer Service Representatives

The Cell (St. Lucia) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in the North & South of the island. These individuals will play a critical role in delivering an extraordinary customer experience while contributing to the achievement of the store's sales and service objectives. 

We’re looking for a driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about meeting and exceeding customer expectations! 

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver and ensure a superior level of customer service, functioning as a customer experience advocate. 

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. 

• Expedite the resolution of customer complaints and problems to maximize satisfaction. 

• Work in a team environment to meet and surpass sales goals and objectives. 

• Ensure the standard and image of the outlet are maintained at all times. 

• Execute in-store marketing programs and communicate promotions effectively to customers. 

• Assist with inventory maintenance, including receiving, organizing, and securing items. 

• Prepare bank deposits, reconcile cash drawers, and manage financial transactions. 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology, devices, and promotional trends. 

• Continuously improve through feedback and independent learning. 

Requirements 

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline, plus a minimum of two years’ experience in retail sales. 

• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an asset. 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail. 

• A pleasant, upbeat demeanor with a sales-oriented personality. 

• Strong negotiation, time management, and organizational skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

• Flexibility to work in different locations as needed by the business.
