What if Jawaharlal Nehru did not become the first PM of Independent Bharat? (Part 1)
The British followed the policy of ‘divide and rule’ which was continued even after they left by Jawaharlal Nehru and his descendants. Some people, unaware of reality would question my words; this is because we have grownup reading about all the merry things of Nehru under an agenda to forbid the country from rising by keeping its people ignorant and uneducated of the truth—wrong people were dumped in the minds and the right ones were erased from the pages of history. So, I bring before you a few of many blunders committed by Jawaharlal Nehru after taking the seat as the first Prime Minister of India; who was a Pandit by no means. And……what if Nehru did not become the first PM of India?
The Bharat-Pakistan rivalry would not last for this long.
The British were packing their bags to finally leave Bharat. Nehru’s primary concern after removing Netaji off his path was Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the then leader of the All-India Muslim League. Jinnah and Nehru, both desired to become India’s first PM, but Gandhi favored Nehru. Mr. Gandhi was a much-respected personality at that time and his statements held great dominance. So instead, Jinnah demanded partition of British India into two independent nations— a Hindu majority India, and a Muslim majority Pakistan. And imprudently, this offer was accepted to break the country in pieces (or perhaps intentionally). The people from both the sides were given the choice to decide upon whose citizens they wanted themselves to be called. It was Mr. Gandhi and Nehru’s responsibility to make sure that the partition was done in a peaceful and organized way, so that the people suffer the least. But it was not taken into consideration, not even by a bit. The responsibility to relocate people from both sides was given to the rioters, who, influenced by Jinnah’s thoughts of creating an independent Muslim country did not protest, but indulged in violent activities setting their own nation to fire. A year or two before 1947, riots began to happen all over the country and took many innocent lives. When the partition was finally announced at midnight on 15th August 1947, the Hindus who resided in the territory that now fell in Pakistan were cut to death like nothing. Leaving their homes, their money, their everything, not knowing where will they go now, some of them who could escape did not know that death awaited them on the borders. August 15, that we celebrate as Independence Day, is much of a day to grieve.
At length, Jawaharlal Nehru became the Prime Minister of India. On the other hand, Pakistan feared that the Maharaja of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir would accede to India. Following partition, princely states were left to choose whether to join India or Pakistan or to remain independent. Jammu and Kashmir, the largest of the princely states, had a majority Muslim population and significant fraction of Hindu population, all ruled by the Hindu Maharaja Hari Singh. Just two months after partition, tribal Islamic forces from the support of the Pakistani Army attacked and occupied parts of Kashmir. Knowing that he was unable to face the Pakistani army alone, the Maharaja agreed to sign the Instrument of Accession of the princely state to the Dominion of India to receive Indian military aid. By the time the Indian Army had come for the rescue and was thrivingly moving forward, defeating the Pakistani forces, Jawaharlal Nehru took the Kashmir issue to the UN on Lord Mountbatten’s advice. Sardar Patel opposed his decision as this issue was completely an internal matter of the country and no foreign body like the UN shall intervene. But paying no heed to Sardar Patel’s request, Nehru referred the Kashmir issue in the UN. The UN Security Council passed Resolution 47 on 22 April 1948. The fronts solidified gradually along what came to be known as the Line of Control. A formal cease-fire was declared at 23:59 on the night of 1 January 1949. While India gained control of about two-thirds of the state (Kashmir valley, Jammu and Ladakh), Pakistan gained roughly a third of Kashmir (Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit–Baltistan) collectively known as PoK (Pakistan-occupied Kashmir). And hence, Bharat, even today is paying the price for Nehru’s decision. Pakistan claims that Kashmir belongs to them. Countless wars happened and innumerous terrorist attacks. Innumerable soldiers of the Indian Army laid down their lives to protect the Nation. Possibly this was Bharat’s destiny, but the creator of this destiny was Jawaharlal Nehru indeed.

What if we were not lied about discrimination against women in our country culture?
One of the reasons why our country, Bharat, and its culture has been looked down on for years is discrimination against women; which was just a mere propaganda by our haters. This country, which is the result of the ‘Sindhu- Saraswati Civilization', was at the pinnacle of human civilization when the rest of the world was still living in caves. The foreign invaders and looters when invaded Bharat, they were amused by this civilization beyond the waters that had progressed tremendously in all fields of life already. Their false pride was washed away by seeing this. They looted as much as they could, invaded, and when came to power, made every effort to erase and alter our great ‘Sanskriti’. This didn’t change even after we became free from all rules. The magnificent history of the ‘Great Bharatvarsh’ was altered and destroyed – because the people who had come to power were Indians just by name.
Parda (veil custom), Sati Pratha and child marriage were brought into Bharat after the 8th century CE by invaders. It is a matter of thinking that how can these superstitious customs belong to a country where the supreme energy of the universe is depicted in the form of a woman. In most of the religions, God is believed to be a man. In our culture, woman is defined as ‘shakti’ meaning power. We worship Godesses of power, knowledge, wealth. The names of Gods are taken before the name of their SHAKTI- Laxmi Narayan, Sita Ram, Radha Krishna.
If the minds of the people were not remolded, then they would not define Western culture as feminism and look down on theirs. The truth is, this culture has shown the world what a woman really is.

What If Bharat Never Existed?
For more than 50,000 years, “Bharat Bhumi” has thrived as the pinnacle of human civilization. But somewhere and somehow, things got changed. Your country was hurt, attacked, destroyed, shamed, looted, scammed, divided, converted, oppressed, KILLED…And our self-esteem, was ultimately brought to such an extent where it was easier for the invaders to enslave and rule upon. But being standing on our feet for more than 70 years now, why and how did we forget ourselves? How did we allow the eternal Bharat’s existence to be lost; without which neither you, neither I nor this world could have ever existed.
Living in this west influenced society for decades now, we have forgotten our identity…we have forgotten who we really are. Not anymore now. Time to be born again…live again…rise ONCE AGAIN! Time to realize the value of this divine treasure ‘BHARATVARSH’.
So, What If Bharat Never Existed?
Any systematic concept of ‘language’ would have also not existed since the ‘Mother of all languages’ i.e., the first systematic and scientific language Sanskrit would have never existed. When human race around the world, disn’t even know what ‘language’ was all about, the people of Bharat spoke, read and wrote great philosophies in Sanskrit for centuries.
Ayurveda, written by Acharya Charak – Father of Medicine would not have existed too. The existence of Mathematics cannot be imagined without zero (introduced by Aryabhatt) and the decimal system. Thus without mathematics, how could whole of science may have ever existed? The value of pi (π) (by the great, Baudhayana) and many other contributions are also attributed to ancient Bharat.
The concept of atomic theory, law of gravity, yoga, surgery, algebra, trigonometry, ‘Natural Law’, vimanas (aircrafts) and even missiles! would not have existed also. From navigation, calendar, snooker, to dance, singing and along with numerous art forms, as well as spirituality, engineering, business, medical science, space science and what not? All of these is already scripted as our own, which also would never ever have existed…
So, can this world be imagined without Bharat? Certainly not! The contributions of the people of Bharat to the world are uncountable. Hence, feel proud to be born in this land!
What If Subhash Chandra Bose had not given his part in India’s freedom struggle?
Seventy-three years have passed since Bharat got independence, but unfortunately, Bose’s contributions towards independence, still remains untold. Infact, without Netaji’s perseverance and resolution, Bharat would not have ever liberated. Let’s review those last few years before 1947.
Gandhi’s Quit India Movement had died out completely by 1944, and there was nothing left really to make it necessary for British to evacuate Bharat in an urgency. Why then did they leave so soon? The actual story lies ahead.
1945
End of World War II arrives. Stricken by lack of supplies and the fall of Japan the Indian National Army (INA) of Subhash Chandra Bose surrenders to the British Indian Army in Singapore. By now, Bose has become the greatest cult icon of Indian freedom – a leader who successfully bruised the British while Congress kept begging for independence. Claude Auchinleck, the Commander-in-Chief of the British Indian Army holds public trials of INA commanders at the Red Fort; a measure to incriminate INA for treachery and waging war against the British. Hopefully, this could turn the mass sentiments against Bose and he then may be attributed for rebellion.
February 1946, Mumbai
The Red Fort trial backfires, the Royal Indian Navy revolts against the Empire. Armed mutiny spreads like wildfire, from Calcutta to Karachi, severely paralyzing state’s capacity to contain. Violent confrontations, mass rallies were all that could be seen – time had come for the British to leave.
Sensing the threat to their lives, orders for immediate evacuation reached every Englishman. The British agree to transfer power immediately and Indian freedom arrives sooner than expected.
But sadly, in 1947 Bose was not home to celebrate. Rumors of his death in a plane crash in Taiwan spread throughout as planned while he escaped to Russia.
While the dream of independent Hind realized, the brave hearts who actually were behind, were forgotten by their own countrymen. Songs were sung in praise of Mahatma Gandhi and Nehru, while Bose, Savarkar and hundred others were wiped out under an agenda to repaint Indian freedom struggle, by the so called “freedom fighters”.
